Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a live chat assistant, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our website and social media channels. Responsibilities

As a live chat assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our website and social media channels
  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offering promotional discounts and providing helpful resources and information to customers
  • Collaborating with our team to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and feedback

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on our website and social media channels

  • Provide timely and efficient customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offer promotional discounts and provide helpful resources and information to customers
  • Collaborate with our team to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Maintain accurate records and report on customer interactions and feedback

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Valid U.S work authorization
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Valid U.S work authorization

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online chat tools
