Job Summary

As a Web Chat Agent, you'll engage with customers through online conversations, providing accurate information about products and services, scheduling appointments, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation. Your primary focus will be to represent our dealer clients positively online, while transforming customer interactions into valuable leads that drive revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle various customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses

  • Provide detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Schedule appointments based on customer needs, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of products and services, staying informed about new releases and updates
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation, ensuring accurate and secure data storage
  • Summarize interactions for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in an office setting, call center, or customer service is preferred
  • A pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the ability to adapt to change in a quick-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer interaction role, preferably within an office or call center setting

  • Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM, 40 and above preferred)
  • Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, including products, services, and market trends

Education Requirements

* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

Experience Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a customer interaction role, preferably within an office or call center setting
