Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician Data Entry - Customer Service Professional to join our team at arenaflex. As a Front End Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in the medication dispensing process, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our pharmacist team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Day In The Life

As a Front End Pharmacy Technician, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:

• Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process.
• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required.
• Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions.
• Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner.
• Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags.
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law.
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry.
• PTCB National Certification.

Education

You'll need to have a verifiable High School Diploma or GED.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
