Job Summary:
As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business outcomes, optimize processes, and enhance customer experiences. Your expertise in quantitative analysis, data visualization, and communication will be instrumental in driving business decisions and informing strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business outcomes, optimize processes, and enhance customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business initiatives that drive growth and improvement
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and data science
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and expertise
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, economics, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or related field
- Proven expertise in quantitative analysis, data visualization, and communication
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
