Job Responsibilities

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Invoicing Management: Process all incoming invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • GL Coding Verification: Verify GL coding, create purchase orders as needed, and route them for approval.
  • Document Management: Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval, and perform electronic and paper filing of processed invoices.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Data Entry Experience: Must have experience in data entry with minimal supervision.
  • 10-Key by Touch: Preference given to candidates who possess 10-key by touch skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail.
  • Office Equipment Familiarity: Must be familiar with various office equipment.
