Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced live chat support specialist to join our remote team. As a live chat customer support agent, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful solutions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in live chat software and social media platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote customer support environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
