Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customs Trade Coordinator to join our remote data entry team. As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing customs clearance for our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. You will work closely with our internal teams, clients, and government agencies to ensure seamless and efficient processing of customs clearance.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process customs clearance for our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Enter accurate and complete data into our systems, using various software and reference materials as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and government agencies to ensure seamless and efficient processing of customs clearance.
  • Process organization financier shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • May handle distant filings, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Ensure all service and operational strategies are followed, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, logistics, transportation).

  • No industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
