Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our e-Filing team. As a remote team member, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. Collaborating closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams, you'll work on projects, resolve issues, and strive to meet common goals. Although this position is remote, you must be located in Alaska. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
  • Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. While no experience is necessary, data entry experience is a plus, and tech experience is strongly preferred. You should be able to read, write, and speak English fluently, with a high school diploma or GED required. Additional requirements include:

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 words per minute, with high accuracy and efficiency
