Job Description
As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences for our clients' customers. Your primary responsibility will be to answer questions and resolve issues related to our clients' services and products. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and Google Chrome browser, and will have the flexibility to create your own schedule based on your family commitments or other work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to our clients' services and products
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone calls
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Essential Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
