Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality results

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Type 40 - 50 plus WPM

Essential Skills and Competencies

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
