U.S. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
  • Be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
  • Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident (excluding those with non-immigrant work authorization, such as students in practical training status)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
  • Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support data-driven decision-making
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6-12 months of work experience in a related field
  • Basic computer and typing skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in claims coordination, customer service, or a related field
  • Proficiency in claims management systems and software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
