What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
- Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers, with a focus on critical thinking and creative problem-solving
- Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards, while providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and think critically to provide solutions
- Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and creative thinking
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
