The Role

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, you will be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers via online chat to provide exceptional support and turn conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients. Your goal will be to:

  • Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and develop a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless experience

Responsibilities

* Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, responding promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and develop a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with the ability to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above is preferred)

Requirements

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
  • Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily
  • Able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
  • Flexible scheduling after completion of training
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Positive and professional demeanor
