Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within a set timeframe

  • Resolution Rate: Successfully resolve customer issues within a set timeframe
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and communication
  • Productivity: Meet or exceed productivity targets, ensuring timely and efficient issue resolution

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Confident and dedicated personality traits to effectively engage with customers
  • Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer issues
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
