Responsibilities
As a Junior Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately entering and maintaining data into our systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Verifying and reviewing data for completeness, errors, and inconsistencies, and performing regular data cleaning and validation procedures.
- Collaborating with team members to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies, and following established procedures and guidelines to meet project deadlines.
- Assisting in generating reports and preparing data for analysis, and providing administrative support as needed.
- Ensuring that all data entry tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry software, with a typing speed and accuracy of at least 40 words per minute.
- Familiarity with basic data entry principles and practices, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
