About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative – Resolution Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to clients, stores, and partners through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will work in a team environment to resolve complex issues, respond to customer inquiries, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners
- Utilize various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with customers, using a conversational approach to build rapport and trust
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a contact center environment
