Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound sales calls to help patients or their families decide to book our services, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process
- Verifying insurance coverage for patients, submitting pre-authorizations, and ensuring seamless communication with our operations team
- Following up with potential patients to address any concerns or questions they may have, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Scheduling appointments and rescheduling when issues arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Providing weekly sales updates to the operations manager, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the sales process
- Following up with patients on status, including equipment, materials, and surveys, to ensure timely and effective communication
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
10+ years of customer service experience
, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
5+ years of medical receptionist experience
, including insurance verification and experience working with patients and healthcare professionals
5+ years of inbound sales experience
, with a strong ability to build rapport and close sales
Strong computer and organization skills
, with the ability to navigate our CRM system and other software applications
Highly self-motivated and flexible
, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
Ability to work independently

Compensation, Growth, and Benefits:

Base pay of $42,000-$49,000 per year
