Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize probing question skills to actively listen to customers and understand their needs
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, and manage and overcome objections for subscribers cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
  • Work in a high-energy environment, using leading technologies and systems to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you in your role
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities

  • Driven by solving problems and meeting goals, with a proven track record of hitting sales targets
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in customer service and sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and development

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices

  • Familiarity with CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Experience working with leading technologies and systems, including cloud-based applications and software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

  • 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)
  • All technical equipment needed to be successful to work remotely

Requirements to Work from Home

* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work

  • Excellent Internet connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
  • In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
  • Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
  • A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
