Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to merchants and customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, efficiency, and quality
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, and promoting a positive and supportive team culture
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to drive efficiency and quality
- Analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth
- Working closely with the Inbound Operations team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop creative solutions
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
