Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to merchants and customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, efficiency, and quality
  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, and promoting a positive and supportive team culture
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to drive efficiency and quality
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth
  • Working closely with the Inbound Operations team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop creative solutions
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a leadership or coaching role, with a track record of developing and mentoring team members

  • Knowledge of the food delivery industry and its trends and challenges
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
