Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, working overnight shifts from the comfort of their own homes in Illinois. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our specialty patients who rely on life-sustaining medications. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls, addressing patient concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of their medications. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from patients, addressing their concerns, and providing timely solutions to ensure seamless delivery of their medications
  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
  • Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and provide accurate information to patients
  • Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to resolve patient issues and ensure excellent customer service
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring that all calls are handled efficiently and effectively

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  • 6+ months of high call center experience, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Six months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive pay range for this role, with a minimum salary of $17.02 and a maximum salary of $27.16.
