We are seeking exceptional customer care representatives to fill part-time and full-time seasonal positions in our Customer Service Department, supporting brands like arenaflex and more. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Respond efficiently, accurately, and courteously to all customer transactions, including inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence.
  • Processing Orders and Requests: Process product orders, provide prompt and efficient response and resolution to all customers' requests, and utilize multiple different screens, systems, and websites to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Assisting Customers and Sales Reps: Assist customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders, and provide technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Analyzing and Reviewing Customer Requests: Analyze, review, and process customer requests for return authorization and credits, and maintain effective communication with customers to provide on-going information flow as it relates to sales, promotions, and problems.
  • Providing Technical and Product Information: Provide technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries, and certain Customer Care Representatives will have additional responsibilities to service our customers over social media platforms, warranty claims, and other special projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements and qualifications:

  • Residency: Must reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Availability: Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00am – 6:30pm CST.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable Internet and Quiet Workspace: Reliable internet and a quiet place to work without distractions.
  • Ability to Complete I-9: Ability to complete I-9 on your first day in person at our Appleton, WI or Greensboro, NC office.
