About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Experts to join our team. As a Customer Expert, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services
- Meet sales objectives as defined by the company
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- High school graduate or GED
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Strong listening skills
- Superior negotiating skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of call center experience
- 6 months of sales experience
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and quiet workspace
