Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics
- Demonstrating imagination and commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace
- Being an understudy of the business, seeking ways to develop and learn about the company
- Making a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to provide excellent customer support and making working with us easy for merchants
- Recognizing ways to improve and executing tasks to help efficiency and quality
- Answering and addressing escalations from clients and workers
- Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Appreciates diagnosing issues and creating innovative ways to tackle difficulties
- Is client-driven and successful at working with individuals with varying levels of technical ability
- Thrives in a climate where they are continually mastering new skills and can apply them to their daily work
- Is proficient in using Google Sheets or able to perform data analysis
- Functions well in both individual and team-based environments
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office climate
