Key Responsibilities:

* Performs data entry processes into our database, ensuring complete and accurate entries

  • Completes assigned tasks and projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Processes special and recurring reports and administrative records, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Verifies and corrects information, codes, and account numbers as necessary, adhering to arenaflex's data integrity policies
  • Ensures data entry accuracy and completeness, utilizing our database systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Performs other duties as assigned by team leaders, adapting to changing priorities and workload demands
  • Collaborates with colleagues to achieve team goals, sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Maintains a high level of customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or comparable work experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in administrative skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Experience with database systems, including data entry and management
  • Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's data protection policies
  • Familiarity with customer service concepts and practices, providing exceptional support to clients and colleagues
  • Basic knowledge of systems and software applications, including database management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, utilizing data visualization tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and software applications, including our proprietary database management system
  • Certification in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and workload demands

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, providing exceptional customer service and support

  • Proficiency in operating a ten-key calculator and personal computer, utilizing a variety of software applications
