Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Enter a high volume of data from multiple sources into our arenaflex database, ensuring that all necessary information is captured accurately and efficiently.
  • Error Correction: Identify and correct errors using quality control methods, and notify relevant parties where necessary to prevent delays and inaccuracies.
  • Data Review: Review data for discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents, ensuring that our databases are current and reflect the latest developments, updates, and transactions.
  • Communication: Notify applicable department leadership if the system is not accepting information, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Production Logging: Maintain a daily production log to ensure that all time and work is accurately documented, and provide visibility into our team's productivity and performance.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including contributing to special projects and initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a focus on mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Data Entry Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of database management and operations.
  • Office Experience: Related office experience, including customer service, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with database software, such as arenaflex's proprietary database management system.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or business administration.
  • Data Analysis Experience: Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to interpret data and provide insights to drive business decisions.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA).
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, or other languages relevant to arenaflex's global operations.
