Job Summary

We are seeking caring and talented Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representatives to join our team at arenaflex. As a remote healthcare billing and customer service representative, you will work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional support to patients and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to explain medical bills, answer questions, and resolve account balances with patients, ensuring that they receive the best possible care and support. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
