Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services to clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bilingual language skills a plus in some locations
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check (if required by local authorities)
  • Ability to work in a secure environment and obtain necessary airport authority and/or US Customs security badges (if applicable)
