Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls regarding orders, returns, and product inquiries
  • Providing detailed information about arenaflex products, services, and policies
  • Assisting customers with navigating the arenaflex website and mobile app
  • Resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues as needed
  • Meeting performance goals and targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR): 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): 90% or higher
  • Average Handle Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Quality Monitoring: 95% or higher

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and systems
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
