Job Overview: Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by addressing and resolving all customer questions and issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless communication with customers, internal teams, and process servers. As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for correcting errors, following up with process servers, moving orders along, and providing information and updates to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer support tickets, including answering questions and resolving issues related to existing orders
  • Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with existing orders and assist new customers with how to place new orders online
  • Respond to emails and address questions and concerns from customers, internal department queries relating to orders or payment on orders, and process servers in the field
  • Document issues in Confluence to ensure accurate record-keeping and knowledge sharing
  • Visit court dockets for information on case filing and occasionally pull filed papers to ensure timely and accurate order processing
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned to support the growth and success of the team

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone
  • Technology-driven skills, with experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, PDF Editor, and phone systems preferred
  • Document manipulation experience, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to transcribe information, review an order, investigate issues, and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and maintain a high level of work product in often stressful situations
  • Ability to anticipate issues and circumvent them, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to implement new processes and changes and improve performance, with a commitment to continuous learning and growth
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
