Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our arenaflex team in Dallas, USA. As a key member of our Technology Analyst team, you'll be responsible for applying your analytical skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to drive business process optimization and data migration initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

* Apply your analytical skills and business acumen to identify and solve complex business and technical issues

  • Collaborate with other Innovation Colleagues to provide expert advice and solutions within your area of expertise
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in your field
  • Identify the pros and cons of alternative solutions, approaches, or methods to address issues
  • Estimate effort and value for proposed solutions
  • Apply business solutions with a deep understanding of technology platforms and systems
  • Verify data and carefully review and validate the accuracy of your work using reliance ID processes in technology work
  • Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Communicate ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing, using appropriate levels of design and integration
  • Proactively screen program risks, issues, and extensions, ensuring the right level of visibility and escalation
  • Perform other work assignments as directed by your Supervisor's Chiefs

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology)

  • Strong understanding of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
  • Familiarity with technical conditions and software development methodologies
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills when working with diverse teams and external partners
  • Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into actionable solution proposals
  • Ability to work effectively in a service-oriented, team-based environment
  • Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/assignments

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology)

  • Experience with Workday data migrations and business process optimization
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools
  • Ability to coach and mentor others on technical and business subjects
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
