About the Role

As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in the development and support of our cloud-based data pipelines. You'll work closely with our data scientists, engineers, and product managers to design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures that meet the needs of our business. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of our data systems, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies, including cloud-based platforms, big data tools, and machine learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based data pipelines using technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS

  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy data models and machine learning algorithms
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows and data pipelines using tools such as Docker, GitLab, and Wind stream
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability through data validation, testing, and monitoring
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data engineering
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our data systems and processes

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL data pipeline development and support
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using Snowflake and PostgreSQL
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS, and containerization using Docker
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
  • Experience with source control systems, such as GitLab or GitHub

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark

  • Proficiency in cloud design and product development, with experience using AWS
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
