Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. You will also need to have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
