The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the home improvement industry. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions will shape the customer's experience. We're looking for someone who is:

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Booking appointments for clients with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on providing clear and concise information
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, with a focus on resolving customer concerns
  • Adapting to fast-changing guidelines and procedures, with a focus on maintaining quality results
  • Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school graduate or G.E.D.
  • A minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, with a focus on speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • A background check (must be able to pass)
