Key Responsibilities

As a Work at Home Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
• Utilizing technology to access client information and resolve customer inquiries
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
• Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals

Schedule and Flexibility

We offer flexible work schedule options to accommodate your needs. While the majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you. Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, your earnings will vary based on client and performance metrics. With competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income while working from home. Additionally, you may be eligible for additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:

• A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
• A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
• A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
• Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
• Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:

• A quiet, uninterrupted space
• An organized desk area

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

Eligibility

We're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. We're able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.
