Look no further! arenaflex is seeking an experienced Disability Access Service Video Chat Specialist to join our Disney Central Team in Orlando or Tampa, Florida. As a Sales and Solutions (S&S) Video Chat Specialist, you will be entrusted with the rewarding responsibility of assisting Guests in registering for the Disability Access Service, providing support for their accessibility needs, and ensuring an outstanding experience. You will also support Guests with their digital experience through the website and in the My Disney Experience application.

Key Responsibilities

As a Disability Access Service Video Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding Guest Service and support to Guests with disabilities, ensuring their accessibility needs are met and their experience is exceptional
  • Registering Guests for the Disability Access Service and providing information on available services and accommodations
  • Supporting Guests with their digital experience through the website and in the My Disney Experience application
  • Attending a paid training class where you will participate in multiple performance assessments
  • Working in an inbound contact center located at Disney Central in Orlando or Tampa, Florida, with operating hours from Sunday to Saturday, 05:45 a.m. to 12:15 a.m.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sales and Service Experience in a customer service or contact center environment, with knowledge and interest of Disney property, products & services
  • Technical abilities and computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
  • Strong problem-solving decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to ask discovery questions to acquire relevant information from Guests

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working with Guests with disabilities or in a similar support role
  • Knowledge of Disney's accessibility services and accommodations
  • Familiarity with the My Disney Experience application and website
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
