Job Summary

As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for handling common customer inquiries through live chat support on our clients' websites or social media accounts. This role involves answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for our clients' customers. Key Responsibilities
