Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner, using your problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Providing product information, features, and benefits to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their energy needs.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to manage their accounts.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, working closely with our customer service, sales, and technical teams to provide seamless support.

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
