Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Entry Manager to lead a team of entry-level ETL analysts and data entry professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ETL processes, excellent leadership and team management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. As a Data Entry Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of processes for client data, providing technical guidance and support, and collaborating with senior leadership to align team efforts with the company's vision.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data entry and data analyst professionals, ensuring the successful execution of processes for client data.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and support, stepping in when necessary to ensure timely delivery of data projects.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align team efforts with the company's vision, ensuring that all team members are engaged and motivated.
- Manage diverse personalities within the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee the use of tools, with preference for experience in GIS data tools but not required.
- Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, team members, and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and ETL processes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing data teams, ideally within data entry, data analysis, or ETL processes. Experience with GIS a huge plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of ETL tools and processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating and developing team members.
- Ability to work with diverse personalities and manage team dynamics effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
- Experience in aligning team efforts with organizational goals and leading with vision and purpose.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or ETL processes.
- Experience with GIS data tools and processes.
