Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing complex data projects to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations. With a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, you will be expected to:

• Plan and execute data projects from initial concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying key trends and insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain advanced data models, using techniques such as machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization
• Communicate findings and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to design and implement data architectures and systems
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and business intelligence, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute data projects, including data collection, processing, and analysis

• Develop and maintain advanced data models, using techniques such as machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying key trends and insights to inform business decisions
• Communicate findings and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to design and implement data architectures and systems
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and business intelligence, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Present to senior leadership and other stakeholders, communicating complex data insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering

• Five (5) years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science, with a strong focus on data modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in data analysis software and applications, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with SAFE Spry, Alteryx, Python, R, or other data science and business intelligence tools

• Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with data engineering and architecture, including data warehousing and ETL processes
• Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning techniques, including neural networks and natural language processing
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles, with the ability to design and implement data quality controls and processes
