The Overnight Customer Support Lead is a critical role at arenaflex, responsible for leading our service team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and provide work direction to the Service Team, including cashiering, front-end, and recovery functions
- Provide feedback to store leadership regarding team performance and contribute to the development of strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Ensure the achievement of customer service standards, front-end operations, and program compliance, including training and day-to-day operational tasks
- Provide leadership and direction to floor associates, ensuring that store, merchandising, and customer service standards are continuously met
- Drive the customer experience, resolving customer issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Maintain, supervise, and ensure compliance with the Hazardous Waste program
- Collaborate with store leadership to accomplish customer service and front-end operational goals and tasks, driving overall store performance
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum two years of retail management experience preferred
- Ability to unload freight, move product on and off store shelves, walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods, and move freely throughout the store
- Availability to work a variable schedule of up to 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English literacy, math, and PC skills required
