The Overnight Customer Support Lead is a critical role at arenaflex, responsible for leading our service team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and operational excellence. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will provide guidance, support, and direction to our associates, driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and store performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and provide work direction to the Service Team, including cashiering, front-end, and recovery functions
  • Provide feedback to store leadership regarding team performance and contribute to the development of strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the achievement of customer service standards, front-end operations, and program compliance, including training and day-to-day operational tasks
  • Provide leadership and direction to floor associates, ensuring that store, merchandising, and customer service standards are continuously met
  • Drive the customer experience, resolving customer issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain, supervise, and ensure compliance with the Hazardous Waste program
  • Collaborate with store leadership to accomplish customer service and front-end operational goals and tasks, driving overall store performance

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum two years of retail management experience preferred
  • Ability to unload freight, move product on and off store shelves, walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods, and move freely throughout the store
  • Availability to work a variable schedule of up to 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic English literacy, math, and PC skills required
