Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our ACS Asset Arranging team on a part-time remote basis. As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and identifying opportunities for business improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive results and provide insights that inform our business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop predictive models and figures to proactively identify ACS setting up needs, collaborating with cross-functional ACS divisions

• Investigate asset use and identify more efficient/effective arrangements
• Analyze the latest trends in ACS asset arranging and provide recommendations for improvement
• Conduct research and gather data from various sources to support analysis and modeling
• Develop new information sources and essential analytical models and tools
• Utilize statistical and data visualization techniques to communicate complex findings to senior leaders
• Foster complex reports and investigations with guidance from senior leaders
• Support complex process improvement and project management initiatives for both individual specialty units and cross-divisional drives
• Present findings to OAP and specialty unit leaders, including senior leaders
• Act as an internal subject matter expert to partners and provide insights to drive results

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience with analytical tools, such as SQL, Python, and R
• Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise, relevant, and data-driven reports and presentations for senior leaders
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to perform well under pressure
• The ability to influence without authority and work in a matrixed environment
• Experience with MS Office is required
• A commitment to maintaining the well-being and security of self, others, and personal information

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
