Key Responsibilities:

As a Full-Time Data Entry Specialist on our Veterinary Support Team, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Handling solution endorsements for veterinary medicine, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information and order details
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications:
