Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer support experience in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
