Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician on our remote customer support team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to our customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing prescription approvals for veterinary medications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
  • Collaborating with our veterinary team to resolve complex customer issues and provide personalized solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and prescription approvals
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide informed and accurate support to our customers

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Process prescription approvals for veterinary medications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
  • Collaborate with our veterinary team to resolve complex customer issues and provide personalized solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and prescription approvals
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide informed and accurate support to our customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including customer satisfaction ratings and prescription approval rates

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT)
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software applications
  • Strong knowledge of veterinary medications and pharmacy operations
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages
