About Our Remote Work Opportunity

We're currently hiring talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are fluent in both English and Spanish. What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, answering their queries, and providing compassionate support to resolve their issues.   • Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the essential requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop
  • A USB wired headset (or equivalent) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
