Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Meeting and Greeting Customers: Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
- Providing Superior Customer Service: Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to ensure customers feel informed and empowered.
- Offering Additional Assistance: Provide directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information to help customers navigate their rental experience.
- Handling Incoming Calls: Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors.
- Making Outgoing Calls: Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Assessing Vehicle Condition: Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Notifying Management: Notify Management of any known customer problems, vehicle problems, and required vehicle maintenance, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Continuous Learning: Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities, and any company-sponsored classroom training to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Age: Be at least 18 years old
- Education: Hold a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
- Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- Work Authorization: Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Nice-to-Haves
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly those commonly spoken in the regions we serve
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
