Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our clients' websites and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. This is an entry-level position, and full training is provided, so don't worry if you have not done this type of work before.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our clients' websites and social media channels

  • Answer customer inquiries and respond to their concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offer promotional discounts and provide helpful resources and information to customers
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer service
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Contract Length and Rate

* No fixed term contract

  • Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour

Skills and Qualifications

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (optional)

Hours and Location

* 5-40 hours per week

  • Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred)
