Job Summary
As a Virtual Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing first-class customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive, client-first approach. You'll work closely with other departments to provide seamless service and resolve any client issues, while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Responsibilities

Qualifications
* A degree or relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or a related field
- Proven track record in a customer service role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry
