Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Document customer interactions and update support tickets in the CRM system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed
  • Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with company offerings, policies, and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer support, help desk, or a related field

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or tech support

  • Multilingual abilities (a plus)
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical issues
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
