Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workday Data Migrations team. As a key member of our Innovation Team, you'll apply your analytical skills and business acumen to drive solutions that impact our average business day release management and document transfer processes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of the business space and the system's functionalities, ensuring effective accomplishment of targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply knowledge of analysis, business processes, tools, spaces, project systems, requirements definitions, and testing to tackle a range of issues
- Collaborate with other Innovation Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within their subject matter
- Stay informed about current advancements within their skillset
- Recognize strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to issues
- Gauge effort and value for solutions
- Apply business solutions with a wide level of knowledge about technology stages/structures
- Confirm data and carefully review and verify the accuracy of own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
- Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on continuous improvement
- Express thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and succinctly in writing using appropriate levels of design and integration
- Screen program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation
- May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology)
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade
- Strong knowledge of technical conditions
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills in working with diverse teams and external partners
- Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into actionable solution proposals
- Ability to work effectively in a help/group-oriented climate
- Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and diverse work streams/tasks
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology)
- Experience with Workday Data Migrations
- Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Experience with technical writing and documentation
- Experience with training and tutoring others on technical and business subjects
